He was predeceased by: his father Gerald "Pedro" Russell; and his stepsons, Chris Russell and Michael Russell. He is survived by: his mother Mona Russell of Clay; his sons, Drew Russell of Dycusburg and Alex Russell (Aubrey) of Owensboro; his sister Lou Ann Russell (Chris Bunch) of Clay; and his granddaughters, Novalea Russell, Chloe Russell and Reese Russell.
