He was predeceased by: his father James Andrew; his wife Sue; and his son Terry. He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Martin of Madisonville and Georgia Hudson of Henderson; his granddaughter Andrea Ezell; and his great grandchildren, Abigail and Jordan. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
