Robert Hartley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2020, at the age of 85, Robert Hartley of Clay, Kentucky, born in Kent, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hartley and Kathryn Hartley; his daughter Crystal Rahn; and his grandsons, Jerrod Bumpus and Casey Hartley.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hartley of Clay; and his children, Claudia Hartley of Marion, Charles "Chuck" Hartley (Cindy) of Clarkesville, TN, James Louis Hartley (Tina) of Salem, MO and Jodiah "Jody" Hartley (Amber) of Dixon. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
