He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gene and Shirley Ann Eliot; and his brother David Gene Eliot. He is survived by: his wife Stacey of Clay; his children, Katelyn Chandler (Orion) of Jacksonville, NC, Meagan Morgan (Mark) of Clay and Chris Hill of Madisonville; his brother Ronald Eliot (Jackie) of Columbus, IN; and his grandchildren, Madelynn Chandler and Avery Gibbs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Vanover Funeral Home (9000 KY-132, Clay, KY 42404). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
