She was predeceased by: her father James Averial; her husband Paul Howard Gibson; her son Thomas Gibson; and her brothers, Robert Farmer and James "Shorty" Farmer.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Taylor (David) of Morganfield, Michelle Mills of Clay, Lisa Jones (Donnie) of Cummings, GA, Tammy Bayless of Providence, Paul Jeffery Gibson of Sturgis, Ricky Mills (Mary Jo) of Marion, Billy Gibson of South Carolina and Jason Gibson of Clay; and her siblings, Connie Bealmear of Morganfield and William Farmer (Arnella) of Texas. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
