He is survived by: his granddaughters, Judy and Carolyn Scott; his great grandchild Bryan Thomas Smith; his wife Judy Crowe Smith of Clay, KY.; his children, Jeff "Country" Smith of Clay, KY., Sherrie Brown (Richard) of Pride, KY, Vicky Todd (Maurice) of Florida, Tammy Scott of Morganfield, KY, Susan Parker, Judy Anne Scott and Carolyn Renee Scott; his great grandchildren, Daylynn Cianna Hogan and Bryan Smith; his sisters, Juanita Sale (Joe) of Sturgis, KY and Mary Lee Price (David Mullinex) of Rantoul, IL.; and his sister-in-law Zelda Hillyard of Princeton, IN. He is also survived by Several loving in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and family.
