He was predeceased by: his brother Dr. A. D. Rich; and his son Doug Hibbs. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Mitchell Rich of Clay, KY; his children, Joel Crawford Rich II of Evansville, IN and Vicky Tillman of Dixon, KY; his grandchildren, Matthew Tillman of Austin, TX and Shanda Tillman of Clay, KY; and his great grandchildren, Demetrius Tillman, Amaya Tillman and Sydney Harkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
