Jo Nell Blackburn Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2022, at the age of 92, Jo Nell Blackburn of Clay, Kentucky, born in Wheatcroft, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Bailey Blackburn; her parents, Jim Ira and Myrtle Shoulders Marshall; and her grandson K. Marshall Blackburn. She is survived by: her children, Beth Blackburn of Clay, Bill Blackburn (Angela) of Bradenton and Nancy Brown (Vic) of Poole; her grandson William Blackburn (Carmen) of Bradenton; her great grandchildren, Ayden and Ariana; and her sister Ann Holland of Clay.

There was no visitation due to the Covid Pandemic, with private funeral and burial.
