He is survived by: his wife Peggy Davis Penrod of Clay, KY; his sister Marilyn Gentry of Providence, KY; his son Rick Penrod (Sheila) of Clay, KY; his grandchildren, Shaun Penrod (Lyndsey) of Providence, KY and Tiffany Guinn of Dixon, KY; and his great grandchildren, Kristen Cosby, Colton Penrod, Natalie Penrod of Providence, KY and Trycen Guinn of Dixon, KY. He is also survived by 4 great-great grandchildren; 1 niece and 1 nephew.
