He was predeceased by: his grandfather Chris Villines; his aunt Christy Villines Grissom (KK); his uncle Greg Puckett; and his grandparents, Leonard, Henrietta Lewis, George, Odell Puckett, Curt, Louise Wilson and Mary Caudill.
He is survived by: his parents, Darren Villines and Kriste Villines; his sister Kennedy Villines (Brendon Thompson) of Clay; his grandparents, Brenda, Kenny Puckett of Clay and Donna Villines of Providence; his uncle Larry; and his aunt Desi Puckett.
