He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hook of Clay, KY; his children, Tasha Hardman of Madisonville, KY, Dennis Hook (Esther) of Clay, KY, Billy Hook (April) of Franklin, TX and Terry Hook (Kendra) of White Plains, KY; and his siblings, Darlene Blackford of Hanson, KY, Martha Walker of Eddyville, KY, Wanda Rhye of Madisonville, KY, Elizabeth Gibson of Clay, KY, Tony Hook of Clay, KY and Eugene Hook of Calvert City, KY. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
