He is survived by: his wife Joyce Edwards of Clay, KY; his daughter Brandie Collins of Clay, KY; his brother Butch Edwards of Clay, KY; and his grandchildren, Allondra "Ali" Collins, Madison Collins and Bryan Collins. He is also survived by 1 niece and 2 nephews.
