He was predeceased by: his parents, Bro. Bob and Beulah Wallace; and his daughter Kathy Ezell. He is survived by: his wife Edna; his sons, Dennis R. Wallace (Michelle) of Huntingburg, IN, Scott Wallace (Chris) of Madisonville and Eric Wallace of Clay; his grandchildren, Sean Wallace (Carolyn), Aaron Wallace (Lynn) and Donnie Ezell (Paula); and his stepgrandchildren, Lacey Hartley (Colin) and Lindsey Bedwell. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
