She was predeceased by: her father Jim Ira; her husband James William Holland; her son Marshall James; her sister Jo Nell Blackburn; and her son-in-law Bill McCord.

She is survived by: her children, Georgiann McCord, Mary Jane Hoskins (Tim) and David E. Holland (Juan M. Gacita III); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann Durham (Nathan) and Ethan Marshall Hoskins (Miranda); and her great grandchildren, Will David Durham and Baker James Durham.

Memorial contributions can be made to St Anthony's Hospice 2410 South Green St., Henderson, KY. 42420 and the First General Baptist Church Building Fund P.O. Box 350 Clay, KY 42404.
