She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Elwood Gravett and Alma Elinor "John" Davis Gravett; her husband Jesse Thomas "J. T." Smith; and her sister Gail Ann Gravett. She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Ann Smith (Chuck Donaldson) of Clay City and Susan Mariah Smith of Clay City; and her granddaughter Rachel Mariah Lynch.
