He is survived by: his children, Becky Jo Holder of Dry Ridge, Bobby Holder (Jennifer) of Germantown, OH and Alvin Holder (Heather) of Owenton; and his siblings, Donald Holder of Winchester, Harry Holder (Connie) of Williamstown, George Holder (Virgie) of Georgetown, James Holder of Brooksville and Edna Harrison of Walton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stanley Funeral Homes to be applied toward the funeral expenses.
