He was predeceased by: his parents, Hersey "Tojo" Webb and Jessie Bell Griffey Webb; and his son Shane Short. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Joan McGlone Webb of Clay City; his son Tim Webb (Natalie) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Nolan Gale Webb (Kelsie), Cameron Wayne Webb, Laura Kathryn Webb and Jessica Storts (Lee); and his great grandchildren, Rocky Grewell and R. J. Grewell.
