He is survived by: his parents, Tracy Lee Burton and Brenda Brinegar Crawford; his siblings, Lucy Warner (Jessy) of Winchester, Eric Burton of Winchester, Alex Crawford (Cheyenne) of Powell County and Anthony (Angela) of Bardstown; and his stepfather Ollie Crawford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
