He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Dotson; and his siblings, Ernest Dotson, Ermel Dotson, Julius Dotson, Wayne Dotson, Chester Dotson, Andy Dotson, Earl Dotson and Nora Justice.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Ann Mullins (Marty) of Clay City, Earlena Lawson (Mark) of Clay City, Phyllis Jean Bolin (Scottie) of Clay City and Rhodalen Huff (Danny) of Clay City; his siblings, Russell Dotson (Phyllis), Roland Dotson (Lena), Thurlin Dotson, Verlin Dotson (Lori) and Pearl Bowman (Warren); his grandchildren, Tommy Earl Mullins and Patrick Wayne Huff; and his stepgrandchildren, Christopher Bolin, Daniel Huff, Chastity Tincher, Wanda Lee, Tommy Evans, Gary Sparks and Sammy Faulkner.
