With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Ann Mullins of Clay City, Kentucky, who passed away on April 13, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alphus Rogers and Eldena Hall Martin; her husband Elmer Dale Mullins; her daughters, Veronica Lay (Ronald) and Irvine Cassie Roberts (Steven); her stepchildren, Melinda Crawford (Bill), N. Tommy Mullins (Robin) of Kentucky and N. Darrin Mullins of Kentucky; her siblings, Geneva Townsend, Beattyville Imogene Shepherd, N. Judy Lovely of Kentucky and Jearl Rogers; her grandsons, Nicholas Lay, Jacob Roberts and Nathan Lay; her stepgrandchildren, Tommy Dale Mullins, Nicole Hudson and Jeremy Crawford; her children, Julie Estes Vires, Rebecca Turner, Betsy Moreland and Mike Estes; and her grandchildren, Lilyann "Gracie" Estes, Ethan Estes, Isaiah Estes, Blake Turner, Austin Lay, Austin McIntosh and Cameron Combs Many.
