She is survived by: her husband Melvin Banks of Irvine; her sons, Michael Ross of Bloomington, IN, David Worthen of Owensboro, KY, Mario Worthen of Louisville and T. J. Worthen of Fort Wayne, IN; her stepson Melvin Banks Jr. of Winchester; her daughters, Heather Ross of Clay City and Morgan Larrison of Clay City; her stepdaughters, Brenda Pelfrey of Winchester and Roberta Banks of Lexington; and her siblings, James Combs of Berea, Donald Combs of Dalton, GA and Della Sue Combs of Irvine. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, three step grandchildren, five step great-grandchildren.
