He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Harper and Etta Shoemaker Harper. He is survived by: his daughter Paula Harper; his grandchildren, Ashley Justice, Casey Creech and Ayden Harper; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Creech, Alydiah Creech and Coleton Creech; and his sisters, Judy Puckett and Betty Whitehead.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
