He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Stamper and Barbara Crowe Stamper. He is survived by: his wife Anna Pelfrey Stamper of Clay City; his sons, Ryan Stamper (Jessica) of Lexington and Colt Stamper of Nicholasville; his siblings, Doug Stamper of Clay City, Danny Stamper (Tina) of Flatwoods, Pam Proctor (Benji), Robin Stamper of Lexington and Penny King of Clay City; and his grandchildren, Lillian Stamper, Everly Stamper and Celyn Stamper.
