He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray and Christine Ruth Flinchum Risner. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Brooks Risner; his sons, Darrell Risner (Krystal) and Dustin Risner (Jessica); and his siblings, Harold Ray Risner and Debra Lynn Risner. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
