He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kincaid and Helen Kincaid. He is survived by: his wife Nina Schaefer; and his children, Michael Scott Schaefer, Nina Land, Karen Cowell, Kathy Collins, Tammy Schaefer, Victoria Schaefer, Valerie Schaefer, Krystal Dees and Brittany Tate. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, forty great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
