He is survived by: his wife Sharon Amburgey Vivian of Mt. Sterling; his children, Michael Vivian (Monica) of Madisonville, KY, Tim Pace (Karen) of St. Peters, Lynn Jettpace (Neal) of Jamestown, IN and Rhonda Vivian of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Kayleigh of Mt. Sterling, Dawson Patrick of Mt. Sterling, Ethan, Will Vivian, Wiley, Alden Jettpace and Bethany Pace; his great grandchild Logan Knox; and his siblings, Jimmy, Larry Vivian and Juanita Vandgriff of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
