She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Willoughby (Shannon) of Clay City and Norman Allen Willoughby of Winchester, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Cassandra Gilbert (Steven), Kendra Willoughby and Matthew Willoughby. She is also survived by five brothers.
