He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Campbell and Rusha Campbell; his sisters, Myrtle Landrum and Louise Johnson; and his grandchildren, Kelly McIntosh, Katie Fallen and Larry Bellamy.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Campbell of Clay City; and his children, Lewis Campbell, Linda Bellamy (Carlie) of Mt. Sterling, Judy Gaylord (Ralph) of Clay City, Karen Townsend (Doc) of Stanton, Vicky Campbell of Clay City and Teresa Marcum (Yohawn) of Clay City. He is also survived by nine Grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
