She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Rose and Osie Young Rose; her brothers, Leonard Rose, William Rose and Elmo Rose; and her nephews, Melvin Wayne Curtis and Jeff Curtis.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Abbott; her daughter Paula Watson (David) of Clay City; her sister Maxine Crain of West Bend; and her grandchildren, Allison Clowers (Kyle), Emily Watson and Ben Watson.
