He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenwood Butler and Flora Butler; and his daughter Kenna Raye Butler. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Butler; his children, William David Butler, Flora Burke (Joe) and Adinah Hatfield (Terry); his grandchildren, Brandon Hatfield (Paul Adkins), Cody Burke and Heather Hatfield; and his pets, Diesel and Ellie. He is also survived by four brothers, three sisters.
