He is survived by: his wife Virginia Patrick; his daughter Valerie Stephens (Roy) of Clay City; his siblings, Billy Patrick of Clay City, Glen Patrick (Patty) of Stanton and Carolyn Sue Horn (Johnny) of Clay City; his grandchildren, Lindsey Smith (Darrell) and Aaron Willoughby (Lindsey); and his great grandchild Jenna Morgan Willoughby.
