She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fulks and Mary Fulks; and her brother Thomas Fulks. She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan "Eric" Clemons and Joshua Clemons; and her sister Rosemary Creech. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
