With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cody Sheffield of Clay City, Kentucky, who passed away on January 8, 2025 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John William Sheffield. He is survived by: his mother Anna Abrams Sheffield; his siblings, Jessica Sheffield of Campton and John Leonard Sheffield of Florida; his half-brother Terry Charlton of Clay City; and his nephews, Conner Davidson and Braydon Barnes.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hearne Funeral Home, Inc. (125 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the Stonegate Cemetery (27 Stonegate Dr, Stanton, KY 40380).
