He is survived by: his wife Littie Vance Goodwin; his sons, Charlie Franklin Goodwin, II (Valerie) of Clay City, Randolph Vernon Goodwin (Tonya) of Clay City and Vernon Thomas Goodwin of Clay City; his siblings, Trigger Barnes of Jeffersonville, Ada Meadows of Clay City, Matilda Hamilton of Carlisle and Zellie Barnes of Jeffersonville; and his grandchildren, Joshua Spencer, Cole Goodwin, Thomas Goodwin (Shae) and LaShana Goodwin.
