He is survived by: his sons, Brian Mullins, Timothy Mullins and Richard Mullins (Jennifer); and his siblings, Earl Mullins, Sue Rice (Mac), Gracie Fraley (Darrell) and Darcus Francis. He is also survived by five grandchildren, one great grandchild.
