He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Campbell and Leona Triplett Campbell; his siblings, Pierce Dean Campbell, James Ed Campbell, Evan Campbell, Richard Campbell, Charles Campbell, Marcus Campbell, Anita Campbell, Audrey Buck, Clementine Tracy and Barbara Templeton; and his grandson Cody Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Springer Campbell of Clay City; his sisters, Mae Campbell, Chris Frisby and Sharon Bishop; and his children, Sheila Getzinger (Duke), Steven Campbell (Brandy), Daniel Campbell (Julie), Tammy Coates (Alonso), Jamie Campbell (Becky), Alvin Campbell, Christopher Campbell (April), Anthony Campbell (Lauren) and Mary Nichols (Bryan). He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
