She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wesley "Charlie" and Ada Mae Hayes Williams; her husbands, Chesteen Anthony Gibson and Donald Armes; her children, Karan Gibson and Byran "Buck" Gibson; her granddaughter Kristi Carwile; and her siblings, Johnnie Williams, Margaret Evans, Verna Haycraft and Eva Higdon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Sue Harris (Garry) and Loretta Loveda Carwile (Joseph); her grandchildren, Garry "Guy" Harris, Megan Harris, Aaron Harris, Matthew Carwile, Kelsey Carwile and Ellen Maples; her sisters, Carrie Wolard, Mary Mae Alvey, Betty Jean Cain and Lizzie Faye Williams; and her stepchildren, Sandy Sanders and Terry Armes. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and several step-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home (115 W Main St, Clarkson, KY 42726). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
