He is survived by: his mother Darlene Floyd; his brother Gene Floyd (Cora) of Clarkson Ky; his children, Michelle Floyd (Jason Decker), Clarkson Ky, Samantha Meredith (Derrick) of Clarkson Ky and Chandler Johnson; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan, Zoie, Elijah and Alakia.
