She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Wilt and Ruby Cecil Wilt. She is survived by: her husband Jack Koontz; and her daughters, Shirley Thomas and Cynthia Magrey. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
