He is survived by: his wife Belinda Hawkins of Clarkson; his children, Scott Hawkins (Tez) of Leitchfield, Lee Cissell and Gail Newsome (Bert) of Clarkson; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Zack, Garrett, Ty, Dain, Jett, Maelee and Samantha.
