He is survived by: his wife Tammy Alvey Meredith; his daughter Calyn Meredith; his stepchildren, Tiffany Willoughby (Garrett) and Trevor Hoben; his brother Greg Meredith (Sarah); his granddaughter Aubree; his stepgrandchildren, Kenzie, Karter, Tayten and Trillyn; and his aunt Winona Vick. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
