He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Sr. Decker and Nelma Rae Newton Decker; his former wife Irma Decker; and his siblings, Oscar Jr. Orin, Gilbert, Timmy, Harold, Ronnie Decker, Elaine Cook, Mary McGrew and Betty Saltsman.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Meredith Decker of Clarkson; his children, Mark Decker (Julie) and Lorri Whobrey (Mike) of Clarkson; his stepchildren, Dean Allen (Janelle) of Leitchfield and Stephanie Decker (James) of Clarkson; his sisters, Faye Sego, Ina Green (James), Jocie Chambers (Ernie) and Diane Ward (Randy); and his siblings-in-law, Elroy Cook, Harlan McGrew, James Saltsman, Jennie Decker and Melissa Decker. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
