She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Puckett and Estel Puckett; her husband Elza Gene Porter; her son Steve Johnson; and her siblings, Bobby Puckett, Juanita Heaverin and Watsie Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Johnson, Tara Logsdon and Jay Johnson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
