He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Hardy and Maudie Reynolds Hardy; and his siblings, Curtis, Carl, Betty, Phyliss, Geneva, Shirl, Doris and Linda.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Brendle (Allen) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Sonja Hardy and Sasha Munos (James); his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Jade (family: Melody, Bonnie); and his sister-in-law Flor Hardy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
