She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Gibson; her son Gary Gibson; and her parents, Russell Franklin and Minnie Fulkerson Franklin. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Johnson and Sue Robinson; her sister Helen Clemons; her grandchildren, Heather Gibson Rattliff, Shawn Robinson (Stephanie) and Jessica Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Mallory and Nathan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Little Flock Baptist Church.
