She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bolen and Mary Dicern Bolen; her husband Leslie "Les" Smith Sr.; and her son David Smith. She is survived by: her children, Richard Elliott of Clarkson and Carol Ann Hoffman of Paducah, KY; her stepson Leslie Smith Jr.; her stepgrandchildren, Makayla Smith, Dustan Smith, Avery Coates, Emma Smith, Adalynn Smith, Aubrey Smith, Talana Smith and Montgomery Smith; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Maylee VanMeter, Stella Smith and Aniyah Smith; her brother Sam Bolen of Greenville, KY; and her nephew Joe Bolen of Greenville.
