We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023, at the age of 42, John David Allen of Clarkson, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vivian Mae Fuller, James Woodrow Allen, Earl and Era Richards Lacefield. He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Gene and Karen Lee Lacefield Allen; his son John David Allen Jr.; his sisters, Jennifer Allen, Angela Dodd and Brooke Allen; his nieces, Bryanna, Whitney Allen, Kayla and Shelby Dodd; and his great-nieces, Vivian and Isabelle Garlinger.
