We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 84, Harold Gene Scifres of Clarkson, Kentucky, born in Hardin, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Scifres and Mable Dunaway Scifres; his wife Alice Robinson Scifres; his daughter Sharon Ann Scifres Chavez; and his brothers, James Emmett Scifres and Kenneth Scifres.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, James Edward Scifres (Carolyn), Michal Anthony Scifres (Cathy), Carol June Scifres (Roger) and Tammy Lynn James (Joe). He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and cousins.
