He was predeceased by: his brother Timmy Fields. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Doyle (Chad), Brennon Fields and Cary Martin (Ronny); his parents, Larry E. "Sonny" Fields and Dorothy Fields; his grandchildren, Chandler Douglas Hayes and Lyla Kate Martin; and his brother Larry Fields.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (1701 N Pleasant Hill Rd, Upton, KY 42784). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
