He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Skaggs and Odessa Beeler Skaggs; and his sister Patricia Ann Skaggs. He is survived by: his children, Tara Skaggs and David Skaggs; his granddaughter Emma Claire Skaggs; and his siblings, Jimmy, Charles Skaggs, Shirley Logsdon and Darlene Peters.
